The story
Tattu began in Manchester in 2015, founded by brothers Adam and Drew Jones, and grew into one of the UK’s most distinctive dining groups, with sites in Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh. It arrived in London in 2022, bringing its signature blend of striking design and boundary-pushing Chinese cooking to the West End.
