The story
Casa do Frango was founded by friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, inspired by Marco’s upbringing in the Algarve. It channels the traditional grillhouses of Guia, where chicken is butterflied and cooked over an open wood fire — the technique that anchors the whole menu.

The star is the Algarvian chicken, cooked over a wood fire with perfectly caramelised skin and a deep flavour from Casa’s secret piri-piri blend.
